Job summary

Technodysis Private Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Banking/Fintech domain expertise to drive digital banking, wallet and payment product development in Bengaluru. You will lead initiatives around core wallet and mobile payments integrations, UPI, payment gateways, and regulatory compliance, working closely with engineering, design and business teams.

6+ years in product management in banking/fintech is required, with hands-on experience in PRDs, roadmaps and agile

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in Banking/Fintech.
• Mandatory: Core Wallet and mobile payment app experience with platforms such as Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, BHIM, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of UPI, payment gateways, bank APIs, and digital wallet integrations.
• Experience in payment flows, transaction processing, reconciliation, refunds, and dispute management.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management.
