Job summary

WorkVia in Mumbai seeks a product management professional with BFSI/fintech experience to build, improve, and manage digital financial products. You will gather requirements, plan features, coordinate development, and drive launches of digital payment solutions focused on customer experience and financial inclusion.

Collaborate with Engineering, Business, QA, and Operations to deliver AEPS and DMT solutions and drive adoption of digital payments that promote financial inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering product requirements and creating PRDs.
• Background in BFSI, Banking, or fintech.
• Knowledge of AEPS and DMT is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Jira is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description

An opportunity for a product management professional with BFSI, banking, or fintech experience to build, improve, and manage digital financial products. The role involves gathering business requirements, planning product features, coordinating development, and driving the launch of digital payment solutions focused on improving customer experiences and financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for digital financial products.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
• Plan product roadmaps, define features, and manage execution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Business, QA, and Operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve digital product journeys.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AEPS and DMT solutions.
• Support the delivery of digital payment products that promote financial inclusion.

Requirements:

• Background in BFSI, Banking, or Fintech is mandatory.
• Understanding of AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) and DMT (Domestic Money Transfer).
• Knowledge of digital payments and financial inclusion.
• Experience in requirement gathering, product development, PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira is an added advantage.
