Job summary

TENARAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Product Manager with 8+ years of overall experience. You will drive product strategy for complex SaaS or platform environments and partner with UX and engineering to shape scope and delivery.

The role requires strong technical writing, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to measure product outcomes, with experience in distributed teams and across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in product management in complex SaaS or platform environments.

• Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in product management roles (complex SaaS or platform environments preferred).
• Excellent technical writing skills (requirements, user stories, and success metrics) and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile workflows and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SAFe, etc).
• Experience working within Agile trains (or squads) model across product streams.
• Solid ability to partner with UX and Engineering to define scope and manage delivery.
• Data-driven mindset, able to define and measure product outcomes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Humble, curious, and organized approach to teamwork.
