Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives. You will drive product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for enterprise and customer-facing platforms, collaborating with global teams and agile squads.

You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, prioritise backlogs, and partner with UX and analytics to optimise digital experiences while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong PM experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or customer-facing digital products.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys, analytics, and digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with global and distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
