Job summary

Busy Infotech in Delhi is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own the product journey from discovery to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams with Design and Engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions that create measurable value.

The role requires strong customer discovery skills, experience in B2B/SaaS/ERP environments, and a proven ability to translate problems into prioritized product opportunities while operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Product Management.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong customer discovery and product problem-solving skills.
• Experience building products in a 0-to-1 environment.
• Strong ownership, product judgment and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
