Job summary

CareStack is seeking a Product Manager to define the product roadmap and drive platform evolution. You will collaborate with customers, executives, sales, marketing, and implementation teams to understand growth drivers and prioritize priorities for the product.

You will work with development and marketing to plan bundles, monitor feature performance, and articulate the product story internally and externally to build trust and transparency.

Qualifications

• Must understand and prioritize business drivers for growth.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements.
• MBA is helpful but not required.

The Opportunity:

At CareStack, the Product Manager defines the path forward for the evolution of the product platform. As a Product Manager, you'd be responsible for:

• Working closely with all our stakeholders - customers, executive leadership, sales, marketing and implementation teams - to understand and prioritize the most important drivers for business growth.


• Building consensus on the business priorities based on which the product platform needs to evolve.


• Working closely with the development and the marketing teams to plan and launch value bundles within the platform.


• Analyzing the performance of the application platform, monitor the effectiveness of the features / value bundles launched, and communicate the same within the organization.


• Evangelizing the product story - around impact, growth and the future - both internally and externally to build transparency, trust and confidence.


• Working with sales and business development teams to close deals with larger customers.

What would you need to succeed as a PM at CareStack

• At least 2 years of experience working as a developer is highly preferred.
