About the Role
The Deriviz team Product Owner will drive the vision, development, and delivery of intelligent platform features that enhance automation, insight, and efficiency for our clients.
This role bridges customer, stakeholder, and technical perspectives—enabling scalable SaaS solutions and AI-powered capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a strategic product vision and roadmap—aligned to market trends, dental industry needs, and CareStack objectives.
- Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable platform enhancements, working closely to solve real-world workflow challenges in dental practices.
- Own and maintain the product backlog; craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize features, and ensure the roadmap drives measurable business impact.
- Lead agile ceremonies (planning, sprints, stand-ups) for rapid, iterative development and seamless cross-functional delivery.
- Collaborate across engineering, data science, UX, and business teams to design secure, scalable solutions supporting automation, analytics, and next-gen workflows.
- Manage the release process and support rollout strategies, including platform enablement and go-to-market for new features.
- Track adoption, gather stakeholder feedback through releases and demos, and iterate solutions using KPIs from user engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Champion client-centricity, balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and the end-user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar discipline.
- 3–5 years of product management or product ownership experience in SaaS, healthcare, or related fields.
- Technical fluency in data architecture, AI/ML, and/or cloud infrastructure is desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills—able to build consensus and simplify complex ideas.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to healthcare, dental SaaS, automation, or AI solutions for enterprise platforms.
- Strategic and data-driven approach to product development and release management.
- Hands-on experience launching new platform features, rapid MVP delivery, and agile iteration cycles.
