Responsibilities

• Coordinate with brand partners for product updates, launches, schemes, and branding initiatives.
• Maintain and monitor stock-related data, inventory movement, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyse stock, sales, seasonal, quantity, and performance reports.
• Coordinate effectively with branches, internal departments, brand partners, and management.
• Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) after finalization of business deals.
• Coordinate and follow up for payment realization from relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department on product-related orders, promotions, branding, and visibility initiatives.
• Ensure continuous product knowledge and coordinate product training programs for branch/team members.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, product launches, pricing, and market developments.
• Support the management in business planning, product performance analysis, and category growth initiatives.
