Job summary

You have 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in CPaaS or SaaS, and a track record of turning market needs into scalable offerings within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, Telecommunications, Messaging, Conversational AI, or Digital Platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing and launching new products from scratch.
• Experience driving GTM strategies and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and business functions.

Responsibilities

RML is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to be an integral part of its core product team. As a tech-product manager, you will be responsible for the charter of multiple products that are part of the RML platform in the CPaaS space. You would be managing products roadmaps and partnerships integrations.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in product management having experience in development and launch of new products from scratch
• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company by working along with Engineering and business functions.
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build products in the CPaaS space
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and drive roadmap of product developments.
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
• Should have proven track record working on CPaaS, Marketing automation, Chatbots, AI/ML platforms.
• Should be highly motivated, proactive and self-starter and able to handle ambiguity and chart out the path forward
• Build GTM strategy for the new products and services getting launched and revise it time to time.
• Relevant product experience or entrepreneurship would be plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, Telecommunications, Messaging, Conversational AI, or Digital Platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to product launch and continuous enhancement.
