Required

• Strong analytics: defining KPIs, building dashboards, running experiments, and making data-driven trade-offs.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and virtual agents/chatbots.
• Proven stakeholder leadership across Operations, SRE/Engineering, Security, and/or Compliance.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to author policies, knowledge articles and product documents.
• Familiarity with Incident response practices, CAB, problem resolution, Event correlation, request management and change governance.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
• Technical understanding of AI model lifecycle, APIs, cloud‑native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with MLOps and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, RAG architecture, or conversational AI.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), AI/ML certifications or ITIL certifications.
