Job summary

Vibehackers in India is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to build AI-first products for steel exports/imports, trade finance, supply chain finance and logistics, collaborating with NBFCs, lenders and logistics partners to create digital workflows and financing products.

You will own product vision, rapid prototyping, APIs and integrations, and scale from concept to MVP in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of Product Management experience in B2B commerce, fintech, lending, logistics, supply chain or marketplaces.
• Experience building products involving banks, NBFCs, lenders, logistics providers or enterprise partners.
• Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs, AI Agents and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in vibe coding / AI-assisted product development using tools like Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap and execution for steel trade, finance & logistics products.
• Build end-to-end digital workflows for steel imports and exports (order, documentation, shipment, delivery).
• Design financing products with NBFCs and lenders (working capital, invoice financing, trade finance, transaction-linked credit).
• Build logistics capabilities: freight discovery, pricing, transporter matching, shipment tracking and delivery management.
• Digitize trade workflows including POs, invoices, LCs, shipping and compliance documentation.
• Use AI and agentic AI to automate document processing, credit workflows, fraud checks, shipment intelligence and ETA prediction.
• Rapidly prototype and validate products using vibe coding tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit).
• Partner with engineering, AI, finance and operations teams and with external partners to define APIs and integrations.
• Define and track product metrics: adoption, transaction volume, financing penetration, turnaround time, logistics efficiency and profitability.

Hands-on Product Manager to build products across steel exports & imports, trade finance, supply-chain finance and logistics. The role focuses on B2B commerce, fintech, cross-border trade and supply chain, delivering AI-first products and digital workflows with partners such as NBFCs, lenders, freight forwarders, shipping lines and logistics providers.

Requirements

• Strong product discovery, PRD creation, roadmap and execution skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs, AI Agents and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in vibe coding / AI-assisted product development using tools like Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data and digital platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a zero-to-one, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in steel, metals, commodities or industrial B2B sectors.
• Knowledge of EXIM, LCs, customs, trade documentation and international shipping.
• Experience with SCF, invoice discounting, dealer finance or working-capital products.
• Experience building logistics, freight or supply-chain platforms.
