What You’ll Do

The product management team at Arthashastra Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, impact-focused Product Manager to drive the SaaS product growth.

A successful Product Manager must have exceptional user insighting and research background, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our Hyderabad office.

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize features for customer portals based on business requirements and customer feedback.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer portals with other systems.
• Work with product, marketing and sales teams to promote and drive adoption of customer portals.
• Monitor and analyze platform business and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features for development.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy.
• 3–4 years of experience in product, or related roles.
• Understanding of data engineering, data architectures, and ETL flows.
• Understanding about international trade and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-moving teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing products and features in a B2B product company
• Experience in influencing key stakeholders through data-driven insights
• Cross-functional experience spanning product, business, data, design, and engineering.
• Ability to build business cases, analyze performance, and drive adoption.
• Solid technical understanding of what goes into building scalable products.
