Zorpa.Ai, a Gurgaon-based HR-tech startup, is hiring a Product Manager to shape the core product from the ground up. You will own the roadmap across HRIS, ATS, and sourcing modules, translate customer needs into clear plans, and partner with engineering and design to ship features that HR teams genuinely love using.

This high-ownership role requires 4–7 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, strong data-driven decision making, and excellent communication to align stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap across HRIS, ATS, and sourcing & recruitment modules.
• Translate customer conversations and market research into a prioritized roadmap.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Define and track product metrics like activation, retention, and time-to-hire outcomes.
• Run user research with HR leaders and recruiters to validate ideas.
• Manage beta programs and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with founders on GTM, pricing, and packaging decisions.
• Track HR-tech and AI trends to inform strategy.

KNR and IIT-IIM Alumni are bringing together their synergies and launching a new Venture, an early-stage HR-tech startup building an end-to-end, AI-native platform that unifies HRIS, Applicant tracking, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment into a single system. We're on a mission to help companies hire, manage, and grow their teams more intelligently, replacing fragmented point solutions with one connected, AI-powered platform.

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to help shape the core product from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founding team to define what we build next, turn customer needs into a clear roadmap, and partner closely with engineering and design to ship features that HR teams and recruiters genuinely love using. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to help build a category-defining product at an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap across HRIS, ATS, and sourcing & recruitment modules
• Translate customer conversations, market research, and usage data into a clear, prioritized roadmap
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can build against
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to ship features end-to-end
• Define and track product metrics activation, retention, feature adoption, and time-to-hire outcomes
• Run user research and interviews with HR leaders, recruiters, and candidates to validate ideas
• Manage beta programs and iterate quickly based on real customer feedback
• Collaborate with founders on GTM, pricing, and packaging decisions
• Track HR-tech and AI trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders across functions
• A bias for action and comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus, not required)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with HRIS, ATS, or recruitment/sourcing platforms as a builder or a power user
• Experience shipping AI-powered or data-intensive product features
• Prior experience at an early-stage (0-to-1) startup
• Technical background (CS/Engineering) or strong ability to work closely with engineering on system design
