Job summary

Reputation.com is seeking a Product Manager to support our core Reputation Management platform in a hybrid setup at Hyderabad. You will articulate requirements, guide cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end product development from problem definition to launch and iteration.

The role values 5+ years in product management, a technical/business degree, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset, with some exposure to AI/ML capabilities. Evening collaboration with US teams may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise SaaS.
• Technical or business degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset; able to drive work through ambiguity.
• Experience with data, insights, and analytics products is beneficial.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered product capabilities is beneficial.
• Willingness to work evenings to collaborate with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business requirements for the supported product and prioritize development.

• Work with designers, PMs and developers on solution designs and reviews.
• Create developer-facing work products (taxonomies, navigation, page flows).
• Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (user stories, designs).
• Take end-to-end ownership from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.

Your Role at Reputation:

We are looking for a Product Manager to support our core Reputation Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess a drive and passion for enabling high-quality customer experiences.

How You'll Shape the Experience:

• Articulate business requirements for supported product
• Conduct market research supported by on-going engagements with customers and non-customers
• The ideal candidate will be able to provide actionable guidance to Engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts, based on solving customer pain points and well defined success metrics
• Work closely with cross functional teams such as designers, program managers and developers, providing thorough reviews and necessary guidance to iterate over solution designs
• Create and present developer-facing work products (e.g. taxonomies, navigation, page flows)
• Evangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication
• Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (user stories, designs)
• Focus on data driven decision making
• Take end-to-end ownership of your product area from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration driving outcomes without waiting to be asked
• Additional duties as assigned

The Skills That Set You Apart:

• 5+ years in product management with a track record for launching successful enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases
• B.Tech / B.E. / BS / BA in a technical or business field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
• Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A strong ownership mindset with the drive to push work forward through ambiguity, remove blockers proactively, and consistently get things done
• Experience with data, insights, and reporting products (dashboards, analytics, metrics frameworks) is beneficial
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered product capabilities and an understanding of how to apply them to real customer problems is beneficial
• Willingness to work in the evenings as needed to collaborate with our US-based teams and stakeholders.

Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:

• Your main HQ is our Hyderabad, Telangana office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
