Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Product Manager role located in Mumbai. The Assistant Product Manager will assist in the development and execution of innovative product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring product alignment with company goals. The role also involves creating and maintaining product documentation, supporting stakeholder communication, and monitoring product performance to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product ExecutionAssist in translating business requirements into clear product requirementsCreate and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely deliveryTrack progress of features and ensure deadlines are met
2. Requirement Gathering & AnalysisWork with stakeholders (sales, operations, leadership) to understand needsBreak down problems into structured requirementsIdentify edge cases and potential gaps early
3. Sprint & Delivery ManagementSupport sprint planning and backlog prioritizationEnsure tasks are well-defined and actionableFollow up with teams to unblock issuesAuthor User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
