Job summary

Carrerlift is seeking a product manager to collaborate with senior PMs across the full lifecycle of features, from concept through launch and beyond. You will lead discovery by synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis, turning feedback into actionable requirements and clear specs.

You will author user stories, technical documentation, and detailed specifications, and coordinate with product, engineering, and design to ensure alignment on priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle from concept to market and cross-team roles.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to gather customer needs and translate into concrete specs.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar tools is a bonus.

What we're looking for:

• Solid grasp of how products move from concept to market, including the roles of different teams
• Hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Demonstrated skill at listening to what customers need and converting those needs into concrete product specifications
• Comfort writing clearly and presenting ideas persuasively to groups
• Experience or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent platforms is a bonus
