Job summary

Policybazaar.com is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager to lead and scale the Insurance journey across digital and assisted channels. You will own end-to-end product outcomes, balancing customer experience with revenue retention and operational efficiency.

The role requires translating complex business and regulatory needs into simple, scalable product solutions through data-driven decision making and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience in a tech/e-commerce/fintech/B2C environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap aligned with business, revenue and retention goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct user research and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
• Create PRDs, user stories, workflows and wireframes.
• Use data analysis (SQL/BI) to define metrics and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Technology to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and propose improvements.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-impact B2C environment - translating complex business and regulatory requirements into simple, scalable product solutions.

Key Skills Required:

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, aligned with business, revenue, and customer retention goals
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Conduct user research and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Create clear, comprehensive, and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and wireframes
• Leverage data analysis (SQL, BI tools) to define metrics, track performance, and drive decision-making
• Partner with the Technology team to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality output
• Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends
