Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead product and technology initiatives across our digital gold, digital silver and broader digital commerce businesses.

The role will own product development across our app, website and external distribution platforms, covering the complete journey from requirement definition and prioritization through development, UAT, launch and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Roadmap and Delivery:
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, revenue potential, business urgency and technology dependencies.
  • Translate business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, customer journeys and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage initiatives through design, development, testing, UAT, launch and post-launch stabilization.
  • Maintain clear visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions and ownership across all active workstreams.
2. SIP and Payment Products:
  • Lead the development of daily, weekly and monthly SIP journeys across owned and partner platforms.
  • Improve payment success rates, transaction reliability and the overall customer experience across recurring investment journeys.
  • Own mandate creation, payment failures, retries, cancellations, refunds and reconciliation-related requirements.
  • Establish monitoring and escalation mechanisms for transaction failures, technical errors and customer-impacting issues.
3. Fintech and Platform Integrations:
  • Manage product integrations with fintech platforms, payment providers, voucher partners and other external distribution channels.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and partner technology teams to finalize APIs, workflows, test cases and launch plans.
  • Ensure each integration meets agreed standards for uptime, transaction success, reconciliation, reporting and customer experience.
  • Build structured governance for partner-level performance, issue resolution and future product enhancements.
4. CRM, Loyalty and Customer Engagement:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of customer engagement capabilities across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and email.
  • Build lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, incomplete transactions, failed payments, repeat purchase, retention and reactivation.
  • Own product requirements for coupons, vouchers, loyalty points and reward-related customer journeys.
  • Ensure customer communication is timely, consistent and clearly linked to measurable conversion or retention outcomes.
5. Conversion and Product Analytics:
  • Improve conversion across app and web journeys by identifying funnel drop-offs and resolving key areas of customer friction.
  • Implement event tracking, attribution and marketing measurement capabilities across all major product journeys.
  • Define dashboards covering SIP activation, transaction success, payment failures, customer conversion and partner performance.
  • Use product and transaction data to prioritize improvements, evaluate releases and measure business impact.
6. Cross-Functional Execution:
  • Work closely with technology, marketing, CRM, finance, operations, compliance and customer service teams.
  • Drive regular product and technology reviews with clear decisions, action items and accountability.
  • Resolve recurring customer and system issues through structured root-cause analysis rather than temporary fixes.
  • Ensure all launches include analytics, operational readiness, customer support processes and post-launch monitoring.
Qualifications:
  • 7–11 years of product management experience, with significant exposure to fintech or consumer financial services.
  • Experience in payments, wealthtech, broking, lending, wallets or other high-volume transaction products.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, payment flows, reconciliation and exception handling.
  • Experience managing products from requirement definition through development, UAT, launch and optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and programme execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
