Job summary

Paytm in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own cross-border payments strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration. You will write PRDs, run sprints, analyze data, and ship features with a focus on international money movement, FX, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with engineering on system design, perform customer research, and ensure delivery from spec to launch with post-launch monitoring. Strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with a track record of shipping at scale.
• 3–4+ years in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services; exposure to cross-border money movement, FX, or remittances preferred.
• Solid understanding of payment systems: payment processors, FX engines, settlement mechanics, SWIFT/local rails, reconciliation.
• Hands-on with PRDs, sprints, and working directly with engineering in an agile setup.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, sanctions screening, licensing) in cross-border context.
• Clear communicator who can write a spec, present to leadership, and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own cross-border payments end-to-end – strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration. You need to understand how money moves internationally – FX, settlement, compliance rails – and be comfortable using AI to push product capabilities forward.
