• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including automation, analytics, and AI-driven enhancements.

Job Title: Product Lead / Product Manager Loan Origination System

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead / Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Surround Systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to enhance existing systems, design new features, and align product strategy with market and customer needs.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the product through its complete lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for the LOS and Surround Systems like BRE, VideoPD etc.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to define and refine product strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product alignment with company goals and fintech innovation trends.

Product Development & Execution

• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management: concept, development, release, adoption, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing automation, analytics, and AI-driven enhancements into the platform.

Performance & Compliance

• Ensure that the product adheres to industry standards, compliance, and data security guidelines.
• Monitor key product performance metrics and drive optimization for scalability, reliability, and usability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Solution Design for Loan Origination Systems, and Surround Systems like BRE, VideoPD, CRM (optional) etc.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding journeys, financial workflows, credit lifecycle, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level fintech products or LOS systems
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks (API-based architectures, microservices, cloud platforms) is a plus.
