Job summary

Swiggy is seeking a Product Manager to lead GenAI-led and traditional sales enablement tools for its food delivery teams. You will own the long-term vision, drive discounting strategies to boost platform growth, and partner with multiple disciplines to execute the roadmap against AOP targets.

The role involves building products for both established businesses and early-stage AI/DS-driven initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in product management with strong user research and design

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Product Management with extensive experience in user research, consumer backward thinking, design thinking, and e-commerce/consumer internet products.
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI development cycle (shipping scalable chat agents with tools and harnesses)
• Experience working on DS/ML-based B2B products used by business partners, sales teams, or leadership
• Strong data sense to run deep dives independently; clear communication via PRDs, prototypes, and designs
