We are seeking an experienced Martech Product Manager to join our GTM and commerce strategy practice. This role sits at the intersection of martech, content systems, customer experience, e-commerce, and AI-enabled business transformation.

The ideal candidate will have proven product management experience, deep expertise in MarTech and CX solutions, preferably with e-commerce exposure, and the ability to translate client needs into scalable, AI-driven solutions. The role calls for a strategic, AI-native mindset to address client challenges, drive product innovation and support business growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Ownership


• Own product strategy and roadmaps for martech and content-systems initiatives across client engagements.


• Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and drive successful product launches.


• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including post-launch evaluation and optimization.


• Client Advisory and Solution Development


• Analyze client needs and provide expert guidance on martech, customer experience, and AI-based solutions.


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.


• Contribute to competitive proposals and RFP responses, including architecture narratives, response matrices, and delivery timelines.


• Partner with consultants, product owners, and practice leadership to build reusable frameworks, use-case libraries, and capability decks.


• Delivery and Team Leadership


• Flex into a Program or Project Manager role when engagements require delivery-side leadership in addition to product ownership.


• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.


• 10-14 years of experience in product management and business consulting.


• Experience in MarTech, eCommerce, CX and AI-based solutions, with experience in any of industry leading platforms such as Adobe etc.


• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies- demonstrated agile experience and certifications such as SAFe PO/PM, CSPO etc.
