Job summary

Blitz in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end execution of feature modules, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics and business teams to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.

You will gather user feedback, analyze metrics, and drive roadmap priorities with senior leaders, ensuring timely delivery and ongoing improvement through experiments and PRDs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real user problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of product development processes, experimentation, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end execution of one or more product features or modules, from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to understand customer needs and deliver impactful product solutions.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, product metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Define clear product requirements, prioritize the roadmap with guidance from senior product leaders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and make data-informed product decisions.
• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Monitor product performance after launch, identify issues, and continuously improve the user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.
