Job summary

Dozee Health AI in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the roadmap for devices and software in healthcare. You will champion customer needs and translate them into impactful product features.

Partnering with design, engineering, sales and service, you will lead PMs and drive data-driven decisions to deliver AI-enabled RPM solutions that improve patient outcomes and staff efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Product Management experience in healthcare or tech.
• Experience launching and scaling B2B products.
• Track record of data-driven decision making and strategy.
• Ability to lead and mentor PMs.

Responsibilities

• Execute on the product roadmap and strategy for Dozee’s product portfolio (devices and software).
• Champions the voice of the customer through deep understanding of needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with design/UX to define solutions, interfaces and workflows.
• Define interfaces to clinical parameters aligned with user needs.
• Translate requirements to detailed specs and work with engineering.
• Work with sales, marketing, operations, and service to drive customer success.
• Communicate roadmap to leadership and secure buy-in.
• Lead and mentor a team of PMs.

Responsibilities

• Execute on the product roadmap and strategy for Dozee’s product portfolio consisting of both devices and software applications.

• Champion the voice of the customer within Dozee, through deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.

• Work closely with design/UX to define solutions, interfaces and workflows that delight customers.

• Identify and define interfaces to clinical parameters that align with the needs of the users.

• Translate requirements to detailed specifications and work closely with engineering to ensure the right product is built.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams like sales, marketing, operations, and service to drive customer success.

• Effectively communicate to leadership and get buy-in on the roadmap.

• Evaluate market opportunity, analyze competitive landscape and perform market research for your product space .

• Lead and mentor a team of PMs.

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.

• Experience in launching and scaling products in the healthcare or technology domain, in the B2B space.

• Demonstrated ability in designing and launching products focused on complete user experience.

• Experience in AI, SW, HW combination products.

• Experienced in team leadership and mentorship

• Demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.

• Fluent task-specific user of AI tools

• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence matrix teams.
