Job summary

Dozee Health AI is seeking individuals to conduct product demonstrations at hospitals, install and troubleshoot devices, and communicate device requirements to remote teams. The role includes training nurses, doctors, and patients on the Dozee device and monitoring dashboard.

Candidates should have 0–2 years of field operations in healthcare, be willing to travel within the city, work in hospital wards, and occasionally night shifts. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation /Diploma ( Science / ITI preferred).
• 0-2 years of field operations/ field sales experience from healthcare or hospital industry.
• Open to travel within the city.
• Open to working inside hospital wards and work in night shifts- occasionally as required.
• Good communication skills and fluency in local languages.
• Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred.
• Candidate should have basic understanding of operating a computer.

• Product installation and provide troubleshooting support for devices.
• Perform site assessments and communicate device requirements to the remote team.
• Train healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, as well as patients, on the use of the Dozee device and the patient monitoring dashboard.
• Coordinate with the remote team, providing detailed updates on activities conducted during site visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in ad hoc operational task, as required
