Job summary

Dozee Health AI is seeking a field operations associate to support demonstrations, installation, and training of the Dozee RPM devices in hospitals across the city. You will engage with nurses and doctors, ensure device readiness, and coordinate with a remote team to optimize patient monitoring workflows.

The role requires 0–2 years in healthcare field operations, willingness to travel within the city, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of field operations or field sales experience in healthcare.

• Good communication; fluency in local languages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase Dozee device capabilities.
• Install devices and provide troubleshooting support at sites.
• Perform site assessments and relay device needs to remote team.
• Train healthcare professionals and patients on Dozee device and monitoring dashboard.
• Coordinate with remote team, giving detailed site-visit updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Assist in ad hoc operational tasks as required

Responsibilities :

• Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the device.
• Product installation and provide troubleshooting support for devices.
• Perform site assessments and communicate device requirements to the remote team.
• Train healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, as well as patients, on the use of the Dozee device and the patient monitoring dashboard.
• Coordinate with the remote team, providing detailed updates on activities conducted during site visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in ad hoc operational task, as required

Desired Experience

• Graduation /Diploma ( Science / ITI preferred)
• 0-2 years of field operations/ field sales experience from healthcare or hospital industry.
• Open to travel within the city.
• Open to working inside hospital wards and work in night shifts- occasionally as required,
• Good communication skills and fluency in local languages
• Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred
