Overview

Dozee Health AI is a pioneer in Contactless Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), known for driving transformation at scale with AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of multiple concurrent hardware product development programs, setting clear structures, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering leads to track design progress, prototype builds, testing cycles, and validation efforts.
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to production, including new product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
  • Manage dependencies between engineering design and manufacturing/supplier timelines, resolving supply-side constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Act as a bridge between Hardware, Supply Chain, Product, Regulatory, and Software teams to align priorities, risks, and milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate cross‑functional reviews, ensuring transparency, risk tracking, and informed decision‑making.
  • Monitor customer complaints, field data, and production feedback to identify recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Track and report program performance metrics such as throughput, timelines, cost, quality, and team efficiency; build dashboards and reports for visibility.
  • Identify gaps in workflows and implement process improvements across the product development and supply chain lifecycle; drive sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Take ownership of special strategic projects with cross‑functional or executive visibility, adopting a solutions‑first mindset for challenges such as supplier delays or scope pivots.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of program management, operations, or product coordination experience, ideally in hardware, medtech, consumer electronics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development cycles, prototyping, and supply chain operations; exposure to regulatory environments (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, balance competing priorities, and drive accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical detail into clear updates for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.).
  • Proactive, resourceful, process‑oriented mindset with a focus on improving team and system‑level outcomes.
