NetcoreUnbxd is seeking an AI‑driven Product Manager to shape the next generation of AI-native experiences for B2B SaaS. You’ll drive autonomous discovery, prototype features with LLMs and agentic workflows, and translate retailer needs into measurable product value.

You’ll own lifecycle rollout with Customer Success, monitor adoption metrics, and stay ahead of GenAI shifts to inform the roadmap. This role rewards entrepreneurial spirit and rapid iteration in a fast-moving AI space.

The Mission: What You’ll Do

• Architect AI Experiences: Drive the evolution of AI-native capabilities within our ecosystem (including the Clarity suite), moving from "manual search" to "autonomous discovery."
• Rapid Prototyping: Partner with our world-class engineering and data science teams to ship features powered by LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows that solve real merchant pain points.
• Merchant Advocacy: Deep-dive into the workflows of the world’s largest retailers to translate their needs into intelligent, automated product solutions.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the rollout of AI features in collaboration with Customer Success, ensuring that "cool tech" translates into "measurable ROI" and streamlined workflows for our users.
• Strategic Foresight: Stay ahead of the curve on GenAI advancements and the competitive landscape, turning market shifts into strategic bets for our roadmap.
• Data-First Growth: Define the "Gold Standard" for AI performance. You won’t just launch features; you’ll obsess over adoption metrics, ethical AI guardrails, and business impact.

Your Track Record

• Experience: 2–5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management (aligned with our SPM or AI PM tracks).
• AI Provenance: You’ve either shipped AI/ML features or can demonstrate a deep technical understanding of how LLMs, embeddings, and conversational interfaces create product value.
• Growth Mindset: Hands‑on experience with Product‑Led Growth (PLG) and scaling usage in intelligent product environments.
• Global Collaboration: Comfortable working across time zones with cross‑functional teams of researchers and engineers.
• Integrity: A strong POV on responsible AI and ethical implementation in an enterprise context.
