Job summary

Netomi is seeking a senior product designer to own foundational design initiatives for the platform. You will translate complex, technical problems into intuitive UX, unifying configuration, governance, and monitoring into a coherent model for customers across geographies.

You will lead end-to-end design from framing to shipped UX, drive the PLG transition with self-serve onboarding, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams while shaping the future of agentic AI in CX.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product design experience on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped.
• High agency: drive problems to resolution without waiting for permission.
• Curiosity about customers, AI, systems, and business impact.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, rigor, and measurable impact.

About the Role

You’ll own complex, foundational initiatives that shape the core of our platform, starting with our customer-facing control tower, where enterprises design, govern, and monitor their AI agents. Your job is to connect product strategy to coherent, elegant UX: taking ambiguous, technically deep problem spaces and turning them into experiences that feel inevitable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for platform‑foundation initiatives: from framing the problem and shaping strategy through to shipped, polished UX
• Bring coherence to the control tower, unifying agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into one clear mental model for customers
• Drive the design side of our PLG transition: self‑serve onboarding, in-product education, and experiences that convert without a sales call
• Work directly with real enterprise customers, observing their challenges firsthand and designing solutions that hold up in the world's most complex CX environments
• Establish design patterns, systems, and quality bars that other designers and engineers build on
• Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across geographies

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product design experience, with significant time on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS platforms (AI, data, developer tools, or workflow products a plus)
• Proven ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped, not just execution against a spec
• High agency: you find the problems worth solving, rally people around them, and drive them to done without waiting for permission
• Unleashed curiosity about customers, AI, systems, and how the business works
• Strong systems thinking: you design coherent frameworks, not one-off screens
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross‑functional and distributed teams
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, rigor, and measurable impact on complex products
