Job description

Batch: 2025/2026/2027.

About the role:

• Own and track progression of the product roadmap as it moves across different teams
• Write product requirement documents, user stories, and release notes with precision and completeness
• Create and refine user flows and interface designs in Figma, prioritizing clarity over visual finish
• Identify obstacles blocking progress, document dependencies between work streams, track risks, and maintain status visibility
• Execute testing on builds, document bugs found, confirm that fixes work, and examine edge cases, empty states, and error handling
• Synthesize results and insights from your work, then incorporate them back into future roadmap planning

What we're looking for:

• Command of written and spoken English, with meticulous attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Figma and the ability to map out user flows
• Familiarity with how product requirements documents work, how to measure product success, and QA fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and see commitments through; you keep documentation fresh and accurate
• Commitment to work full-time for a duration of 6 to 12 months

About you:

• You take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion without constant oversight
• You think in systems and can spot how one change ripples across a product
• You ask questions when requirements are unclear and push back thoughtfully on ambiguous briefs
• You're comfortable learning tools and processes on the job

Good to know:

• Background with AI, speech technologies, data products, or internal tooling is a plus
• Prior experience with Notion, Linear, Jira, or project management software is valuable but not required
