Job summary

Readyly is seeking a passionate Product Engineer Intern to design and ship intelligent AI features, working with LLMs, agent frameworks, and cloud infrastructure. You will build scalable full-stack components and prototype agent behaviors in a hands-on internship setting.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven capabilities, analyze performance, and iterate on workflows while gaining practical cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience in one or more: React.js, Node.js, Python.
• Experience with LLM APIs / agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs).
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Genuine interest in AI agents and building user-facing intelligent systems.
• Prompt engineering, RAG, or vector databases a plus; AWS Certification a plus.

The ideal candidate will help design and ship intelligent, autonomous product features while gaining hands‑on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI agent workflows and product features powered by LLMs.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable full-stack applications that integrate agentic capabilities into the product.
• Prototype and test agent behaviors — tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new AI-driven features.
• Analyze agent performance, identify failure modes, and improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the application and agent pipeline.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for agentic systems.

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands‑on experience in one or more of the following:
• React.js, Node.js, Python

• AWS Lambda and serverless architectures

Stipend and Work Hours

• Duration: 6 months
• 20 hours per week (part-time)
• Exceptional interns may be offered a full‑time Product Engineer / SDE role upon successful completion of the internship, with a competitive annual salary package.
