• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.

• Skilled at working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Data collection and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age: 22 years and above.
• Preferably from furniture hardware or related industry.
• Knowledge and experience using SAP tools.
• Good analytical skills with Excel and BI.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Product Management Executive will support the product lifecycle from inception to delivery. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. This role involves product strategy execution, market analysis, and customer feedback management to guide product enhancements.

Role & responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver MRDs (market required docs) and PRDs (product required docs) with prioritized features and corresponding justificatio n
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Perform product demos to customers
• Work in close co-ordination with the Sales & Supply chain team.
• Deliver a monthly product quantity forecast
• Develop sales tools and collaterals
• Drive the entire Product Life cycle management from New Product Development to go to market Strategy
• Develop and implement plans to support all product ranges in the account portfolio
• Analyzes data to generate user insights to assist in the prioritization and optimization of our products and features
• Working in SAP Modules (MM/PP modules)
• Strategizing slow moving items and dead stock analysis
• Planning and co-ordination for exhibitions and trade fairs.

Desired profile:

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
