Job summary

Accord Manpower Services is seeking a Product Management professional with 1–3 years of experience to drive brand initiatives across markets in India. The role involves launching new products in different areas and developing marketing strategies to build the brand and product.

You will travel PAN India (about 20 days a month), coordinate with field staff and distribution teams, manage doctor interactions/CME events, and monitor campaigns to support sales promotions and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management.
• Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel PAN India (~20 days/month).

Responsibilities

• Brand management and developing marketing strategies to build Brand / Product.
• Responsible for new product launching in different areas & its business achievement.
• Planning and design promotional material/tools to support the sales/marketing objectives with cost effectiveness.
• Develop strategy and media plans to review inputs' success periodically.
• Joint field work with field staff to develop territories and understand market dynamics.
• Handling Doctor Interaction/CMEs, field work for 15 days/month, monitor campaigns for sales promotion & feedback.
• Train, motivate, and guide field force; sending regular motivational circulars to staff & partners.
• Coordinate with Distribution department for allocation of products.
• Brand month-on-month business progress and customer base must be online of company target.

• Develop strategy and appropriate media plans to periodically review the success Of the inputs.
• Joint field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.
• Handling Doctor Interaction/ CMEs, cycle meeting, field working for 15days/month Monitor campaigns for sales promotion & feedback as well review Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand while taking class room training and on job training Sending regular motivational circulars to the field staff & business partners.
