Amor Management Consultants in Bengaluru, India seeks a product development professional to take products from concept to final launch, coordinating with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams to translate opportunities into new products and sub-assemblies.

You will define specifications and technical requirements, support prototype testing and validation, work with vendors on bought-out components, understand customer and aftermarket needs, ensure ease of installation, service and use, analyze

• Identify opportunities to develop new products and sub-assemblies for the aftermarket.
• Develop products from concept stage to final launch.
• Define product specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams for product development.
• Support prototype development, testing and product validation.
• Work with vendors for development of bought-out components.
• Understand customer and aftermarket requirements and incorporate them into product design.
• Ensure products are easy to install, service and use.
• Analyze customer feedback and field issues to improve products.
• Drive cost reduction and value engineering activities.
• Support product costing and BOM analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth product development and launch.
• Manage product changes, upgrades and improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure products meet required quality and performance standards.
