Job summary

Leland is seeking experienced Product Managers to coach students and early-career professionals aiming to break into PM roles at startups, Big Tech, and Fortune 500 companies. Coaches guide resumes, interview prep, and practical product career navigation, with the freedom to set their own hours, host sessions virtually, and partner with a dedicated team to deliver excellent coaching experiences.

Ideal candidates have PM experience and have mentored or coached others.
