We are looking for an experienced Product Lead with 8–10 years of experience in software product management to lead product strategy, execution, and growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong product thinking with exceptional stakeholder management and team‑building capabilities. Experience in residential real estate is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of product roadmapping and customer‑centric product development.

As a Product Lead, you will work closely with engineering, design, business, sales, operations, and leadership teams to define product priorities, translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives, and deliver impactful digital products. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Own product planning and prioritization across multiple initiatives, balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and resources.
• Lead the complete software product management lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, and business teams to ensure effective product execution.
• Manage senior stakeholders, communicate product priorities clearly, and build alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Convert customer and market insights into well‑defined product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing product teams, establishing strong processes and a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Establish product success metrics, monitor performance, and use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high‑quality product delivery.
• Manage product risks, dependencies, trade‑offs, and timelines while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
• Present product strategy, progress, and business impact to leadership and other key stakeholders.
