Role Description

Summary: UST is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, React Native, and Node.js, along with hands‑on experience in Agentic AI solutions and Generative AI integrations, to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications while leveraging AI‑powered agents and automation frameworks.

Position Details

• Role: Full Stack Developer (Angular, React Native, Node.js & Agentic AI)
• Experience: 5-10+ Years
• Location: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote (Based on Project Requirement)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions utilizing LLMs, AI agents, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI services, vector databases, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations, while optimizing application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD implementation, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Architecture & Backend: REST APIs, microservices architecture, relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB), Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Agile development methodologies.
• Cloud: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Agentic AI & GenAI: Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini); Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel); AI Agents, RAG Architectures, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and AI Workflow Automation.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and a passion for emerging AI technologies.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Exposure to event‑driven architectures and messaging platforms.
• Experience developing enterprise‑scale healthcare, insurance, or financial applications.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
