Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior AI / Python Engineer in Bengaluru to build and enhance an enterprise AI platform that connects ChatGPT Enterprise with governed business data.

You will develop AI agents, MCP integrations, prompts, orchestration frameworks, and scalable cloud-native services, collaborating with product, security and infrastructure teams to ensure robust, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Expertise in Python, REST APIs, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Experience with AWS (EKS, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise security practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/LLM solutions using Python and agent-based architectures.
• Build multi-agent orchestration, semantic routing, and retrieval frameworks.
• Develop and optimize prompts, agent instructions, and RAG pipelines.
• Enhance MCP server capabilities and integrate enterprise data sources.
