Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in E&E or E&C required.
• Minimum 2 years of R&D, schematic development, PCB reviewing, or product development experience.
• Knowledge of magnetics and EMC concepts preferred.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

JOB TITLE: Product Engineer EMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Product Engineering Department (India)

Reports to : Manager

Functional Relationships with:

Relationship with India business development related members including Application Engineering, Marcom Team, Business Development Team, Sales Team, and related Product Departments in Japan HQ.

Position Profile:

Techno commercial Role: Based in INDIA, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying Magnetics & EMC demand creation.

Support & Collaboration with EMC labs & Customer on EMC tests.

Provide training to Customers/internal staff on EMC,

Support local sales for design wins. Willingness/Passion to travel within India are required.

Handled Magnetic Components like Inductors, Chip Bead ferrites ,Common Mode Chokes , other Inductive Products & Power Convertors etc.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing customer opportunities through market understanding and research within the India market
• Provide technical support to customers to ensure successful implementation of Murata EMC Products & EMC Solution proposal
• Working/Manage closely with customers to get in- depth details of design ,Create block diagrams for increasing share on EMC products.
• Develop key success strategies for targeted applications and product promotion in India
• Drive penetration of Murata solutions through engagement with ecosystem partners such as Semiconductors makers, OEMs/ODMs/Tier1 manufacturers and other partners.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers
• Self Learning ability to get equipped on training provided by Company/external resources and on latest EMC trends/Technology
• Support marketing and communications activities for India market promotion

Ability / Competency Required

• Bachelors Degree in E&E or E&C , Preferably knowledge on Magnetics and EMC products
• Takes Self Initiative & Self driven approach to provide solution to customer
• Ability to understand/ identify customer pain points and takes proactive approach to Solve .
• Ability to understand basic Magnetic Concepts and its impact in Noise filtering.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in R&D, Schematic development ,PCB reviewing or Product development is additional advantage.
• Good Communication Skills , Interpersonal ,Collaboration and Problem Solving skills would be preferred
