• Prepare assembly instructions, installation manuals, and product specifications.
• Maintain engineering change records and revision history.
• Conduct product testing and validation to ensure functionality and durability.
• Coordinate prototype trials and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure products comply with applicable quality and safety standards.
• Work with production and procurement during manufacturing.
• Resolve production-related technical issues and optimize for assembly.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of amusement and entertainment products. The ideal candidate should have experience in product development, mechanical design, prototyping, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development


• Design and develop new products based on business and customer requirements.


• Prepare 2D and 3D models using CAD software.


• Develop prototypes and evaluate product feasibility.


• Modify existing products to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency.


• Engineering & Documentation


• Create detailed manufacturing drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.


• Prepare assembly instructions, installation manuals, and product specifications.


• Maintain engineering change records and revision history.


• Testing & Validation


• Conduct product testing and validation to ensure functionality and durability.


• Coordinate prototype trials and resolve design-related issues.


• Ensure products comply with applicable quality and safety standards.


• Manufacturing Support


• Work closely with production and procurement teams during product manufacturing.


• Resolve production-related technical issues.


• Optimize designs for ease of manufacturing and assembly.


• Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination


• Coordinate with suppliers for component development and technical clarifications.


• Work with Sales, Service, Installation, and QA teams for product improvements.


• Provide technical support during customer installations when required.


• Continuous Improvement


• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and cost reduction.


• Implement design improvements based on customer feedback and field observations.


• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar CAD software.


• Good understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.


• Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, machining, and assembly.


• Understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and engineering drawings.


• Familiarity with BOM creation and engineering documentation.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and coordination abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in amusement equipment, automation, consumer products, or industrial machinery.


• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechatronics systems.


• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and ERP systems.


• Understanding of quality standards and testing procedures.
