• - Monitor user feedback and adoption metrics to identify recurring problems and drive continuous product enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS

• - 0-2 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role.
• - Preferably Engineering, BCA, B.Sc., or a related technical field education.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• - Ability to quickly understand business processes and software systems.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• - Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.
