Job summary

MARS Cosmetics in Delhi is seeking a Product Development Intern to support the creation of innovative color cosmetics. Start date is immediate and the internship runs for three months.

You will work on trend research, assist in developing concepts, samples, and prototypes, and coordinate with Marketing, Packaging, and Sourcing to move ideas from concept to execution within timelines.

Qualifications

• Trend & Product Research - Track global beauty trends, ingredients, textures, formats, packaging, and competitor launches to identify new product opportunities.
• Product Concept & Development Support - Assist in creating product concepts, briefs, samples, and prototypes while evaluating texture, payoff, application, and overall product experience.
• Cross-functional Coordination & Execution - Coordinate with Marketing, Packaging, Sourcing, and other teams to ensure product ideas move smoothly from concept to execution within timelines.
• Prior internship/project experience in NPD, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, product development, or market research is preferred

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
