Job summary

HAL Industries is launching a premium skincare brand and seeks a New Product Development Executive to transform brand concepts into technical briefs for OEM partners. You will coordinate with international manufacturers to finalize formulations, packaging, fragrance, and product claims, and manage the development cycle from concept to launch.

The role requires 2-5 years in cosmetics NPD, a deep understanding of skincare formulations, and experience in OEM/vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in NPD/Technical role in Cosmetics / Personal Care industry.
• Strong understanding of skincare/cosmetic formulations & packaging.
• Prior experience in OEM/vendor coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand/product concepts into detailed technical briefs for OEM partners.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers to finalize formulations, packaging, fragrance, and product claims.
• Manage the product development cycle from concept to commercial launch, ensuring timelines are met.
• Conduct research on new ingredients, formats, and market trends to support innovation.
• Liaise with regulatory & documentation teams to ensure compliance with Indian (CDSCO) requirements.
• Work closely with marketing/branding team to align product specs with brand positioning.
• Support sampling, testing, and feedback loops until final product approval.

Now venturing into Beauty & Personal Care, we are launching a premium skincare brand (manufactured in Korea) and seeking New Product Development Executive to assist in finalizing formulations and coordinating closely with international OEMs.
