Job summary

Dermalist Skincare in Mumbai on-site is seeking an experienced NPD Executive to lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, focused on premium skincare, haircare and bodycare. You will research trends, ingredients and packaging, coordinate with manufacturers and labs, manage sampling, testing, and development reports, and collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, QA and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of NPD experience in skincare, beauty, personal care or cosmetics.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, packaging & manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience with an established skincare/beauty/personal care brand will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
