Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite Bangalore is seeking a Product Developer Associate (Devops) to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our EHS, Sustainability, and ESG tools. You will work on server-side and client-side components, APIs, and cloud deployments with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable software.

The role emphasizes DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in any server-side programming like coldfusion, java, asp.net, node js
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Good Experience in client side programming like javascript , jquery or reactjs
• Good understanding of webpages and web development standards
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure etc
• Experience with Restful API development
• Familiarity of monitoring & logging tools and Version controllers (gitlab, github etc)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools
• Understanding of scripting languages python or Bash or powershell etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams

Responsibilities

• Project development and innovation following the full Software Development Life Cycle process
• Product support including error resolution, troubleshooting and minor improvements
• Participate in code reviews and skills development training
• Acquire experience in product knowledge
• Work with customer-facing teams on solutions
• Meet timelines, prioritize tasks and communicate with all stakeholders
• Innovate and think creativity to deliver customer-centric solutions
