What Does Success Look Like
You will contribute to enterprise software experiences using Sprinklr’s design system, AI‑first workflows, and emerging agentic design patterns. You’ll partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, senior designers, design systems, and global stakeholders to create user flows, high‑fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models that are intuitive, trustworthy, accessible, and easy to use. You’ll have strong product design judgment, clear communication, practical exposure to modern AI‑powered experiences, and support research activities.
What You’ll Do
- Use Sprinklr’s design system, product patterns, and AI‑first tools to create clear explorations for enterprise workflows.
- Partner with senior and principal designers to understand user needs, identify opportunities for intelligent assistance, and translate direction into well‑structured user journeys.
- Bring designs to life through clickable prototypes, interaction flows, and lightweight motion studies that show how users move through AI‑powered and agentic experiences.
- Apply reusable design system components to support consistency, clarity, accessibility, and polish across assigned product areas.
- Build strong working relationships with Product Managers and Engineers, understand requirements, gather feedback, clarify user needs, and respond to implementation questions.
- Participate in user research and UX activities, including client interviews, usability testing, workflow reviews, and user observation.
- Help translate research insights into design decisions, including opportunities for AI assistance, automation, user control, and human oversight.
- Collaborate with senior and principal designers early in the design process, gather input, and align on a clear design direction.
- Be open to feedback and critique, communicate approved design decisions clearly to Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Submit designs for review, incorporate feedback quickly, and continue refining the work until it is clear, usable, technically feasible, and aligned with the intended user outcome.
What Makes You Qualified
- 2–4 years of relevant product design experience or equivalent practical experience in software, SaaS, enterprise platforms, startups, agencies, freelance product work, internships, campus placements, academic projects, bootcamps.
- Practical exposure to AI tools or AI‑powered user experiences, with understanding of agentic workflows, intelligent recommendations, automation, explainability, user control, trust, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.
- Experience supporting or participating in user research (interviews, usability testing, competitive reviews, workflow analysis) and turning qualitative insights into design recommendations.
- Strong fundamentals in product design: user journeys, interaction design, information hierarchy, usability, accessibility, visual design craft, storytelling from a user perspective.
- Nice to have: exposure to service design thinking, journey mapping, service blueprints, front‑stage/back‑stage workflows.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments, adapt to changing priorities, move from concept to high fidelity quickly, and progress when problems are ambiguous or complex.
- Creative, curious, open to critique, able to explore multiple directions, explain design trade‑offs, and refine work based on feedback.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work through interaction challenges, identify risks or edge cases, and make practical recommendations with guidance when needed.
- Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including ability to present design rationale, progress, and open questions to designers, Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Comfort collaborating across distributed teams (India‑based peers and global stakeholders) with clear documentation, async communication, design reviews, and practical handoff artifacts.
- Empathy for user needs, especially in complex enterprise environments.
- Portfolio with 2–4 case studies that demonstrate software product design, UI patterns, interaction design, user flows, wireframes, visual design craft, iteration, design‑system usage, and clear problem‑solving.
- Proficiency with Figma (and FigJam, Figma Dev Mode) and familiarity with design systems, modern prototyping tools, and collaboration workflows.
- Familiarity with product delivery and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence; support design QA and acceptance criteria.
- Experience using AI‑assisted design, prototyping, research, synthesis, workflow‑mapping, or content‑generation tools.
- Working knowledge of design systems and how to apply shared components, patterns, accessibility guidance, and product conventions consistently.
- Background in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, customer experience, service, marketing, insights, analytics, workflow automation is helpful.
