  • Participate in research and discovery activities, including stakeholder conversations, usability testing, workflow reviews, competitive reviews, and synthesis of customer insights.
  • Translate findings into practical design decisions, including where AI assistance, automation, and human review can simplify the end-to-end experience.
  • Collaborate with senior design partners to explore options, gather input, and align on a clear design direction.
  • Prepare design work for review, incorporate feedback quickly, and refine until it is usable, technically feasible, accessible, and aligned with user outcomes.
Qualifications

  • Practical exposure to AI-powered user experiences and AI-assisted design or research tools; understanding of intelligent recommendations, automation, explainability, user control, and human-in-the-loop review.
