Qualifications

• 5 years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy for apps, websites or ecommerce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with editing copy in design tools like Figma.
• Portfolio of writing and content samples.
• BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or related field.

Summary:

You&rsquoll help us with in-app product content for our smart meeting solutions that assist workers in conducting meetings more effectively at all stages (before, during, and after). Additionally, you&rsquoll contribute to our knowledge generation solutions, aiding workers in generating, achieving, and reusing content.
On a typical day in this role, you might:

• Work with an interaction designer to craft copy for a feature or flow
• Conduct a terminology exploration for a new concept
• Develop copy treatments for a user research study or in-product experiment
• Participate in a design critique of proposed features or scenarios
• Draft a new entry for our term list and review it with the team
• Observe a customer study

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit friendly, clear UX copy with brand flair
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate
• Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice
• Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements
• Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, ecommerce, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma
• Portfolio of writing and content samples
• BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjects
