Job summary

Quest Global seeks a seasoned UX Content Designer to craft clear in-app copy across labels, dialogs, and tutorials. You will drive cross-team alignment, ensure consistency, and contribute to product development ensuring intuitive design.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in UX writing, strong communication, and knowledge of accessibility standards, with experience in B2B and SaaS contexts. This role is based in Chennai with a focus on high-quality content across enterprise software domains.

Qualifications

• Experience with crafting concise copy across labels, dialogs, emails and tutorials.
• Familiarity with UX content principles and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise in-app content across multiple touchpoints.
• Drive consensus across teams and balance stakeholder needs.
• Ensure consistency across the application content.
• Review business requirements to create copy that fits.
• Participate in product development to ensure intuitive design.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to inform content strategy.
• Refine existing copy based on changing requirements.
• Create and maintain a content style guide and documentation.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Technology, Engineering courses or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including labels, navigational elements, dialog boxes, menus, email templates, tutorials, notifications).
• Drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency is maintained across the application.
• Review business requirements to create copy that fits.
• Participate in the product development process to ensure the design is intuitive.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to inform content strategy.
• Optimize and refine existing copy based on changing requirements.
• Create and maintain a content style guide and rationale documentation for in-app content standards.

Requirements And Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in in-app content (UX) writing.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Working knowledge of UX and digital content principles.
• (Preferred) Basic Knowledge Of Figma.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• (Preferred) Experience working with B2B and Cat digital, construction/mining/Energy & Transportation industries.
• Experience with wireframes or functional specs is a plus
