Job summary

Trigent Software is seeking an experienced UX copywriter to craft clear, user-friendly content across applications and ecommerce. You will ensure copy aligns with brand voice, style guides, and our content model.

Collaborate with design, product, and research teams; perform QA on content; and continually identify opportunities to improve strategy and repackage material. North American English fluency and a strong portfolio are essential.

• 5+ years writing end-user UX copy for apps/web/ecommerce.
• Portfolio of writing and content samples.
• North American English fluency.

• Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copywith brand flair
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate
• Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice
• Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements
• Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, ecommerce, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma
• Portfolio of writing and content samples
• North American English fluency
• BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjects
